Security
Security and access.
Who can open your workspace, what they can do there, and how you take access back.
Sign-in before the app
Your workspace sits behind your organisation's sign-in. Each request is checked before it reaches the application and is tied to a named person.
Roles, not shared logins
- Staff
- Full use of the workspace, including exports and record notes.
- Viewer
- Reads records in the browser. Can't call the data directly, start new data pulls or change anything.
Limits on bulk reading
Viewers have per-minute and per-day request limits. Normal review isn't affected. Copying the index page by page isn't practical.
Access you can take back
Removing a person takes effect on their next request. It doesn't wait for a session to expire.
A watermark on viewer screens
Viewer screens carry a faint watermark with the person's email and the time, so a screenshot can be traced to who took it.
Every request logged
Each request is logged by person, route and time. During a build we agree who on your team can read those logs.
Questions from your security team?
We'll go through access and logging with them directly.
